Running WM Restore Tool via Remote Desktop (RDP)

Previous Next

With Remote Desktop Connection (RDP) you can remotely configure and run applications at your computer. RDP is a standard Windows feature, no need to download complicated, sometimes poor-quality third-party software. You can use RDP to remotely install and configure WM Restore Tool application. The administrator account should be used.

To do necessary settings on the computer where WM Restore Tool installed, see Configure RDP on the computer I want to connect to.

To connect to the computer with WM Restore Tool from the other machine, see Connect to remote computer using RDP.

Note that if you need remote assistance, you should grant access to your computer via standard RDP connection, as described in this chapter. It should be noted that our experts do not use any other software for remote assistance.
